In the spring of 2020, online bank Cogni approached my team at Tailored Ink with several copy needs, including writing their refreshed website. Since their founding in 2016, Cogni’s user base had steadily grown. Now, with an updated look and brand guide, they needed a voice that reflected their value props to new customers: convenience, accessibility, and around-the-clock support.
We wrote Cogni’s website with a friendly-yet-professional tone—one communicating to customers that banking could (and should) be accessible to everyone.
